The Windsor Castle and The Lake Village Heritage Resort are a union of two entirely different concepts at Kottayam, a well known cultural centre with palm fringed waterways, which is also the gateway of backwaters rippling all the way to the small village of Kumarakam.

The village also has it's own "Koothambalam" [amphi-theatre], a temple pool and an island called 'Banyan Island". Situated amidst the herbal gardens is the "Dhanwantri" Ayurvedic Health Centre.

The Windsor Castle Hotel and Lake Village Heritage Resort is located on M.C. Road at Kodimatha, in Kottayam town. The Hotel is 2 kms away from Kottayam Railway Station. Kottayam town is just a 1 1/2 hour drive from Cochin International airport, 130 km drive from Munnar, 120 km from Thekkadi, 40 km
from Alleppy and 150 km from Trivandrum.
